Dr. Mehrdad Sharbaf stands out as an esteemed researcher, professor, and consultant, specializing in reengineering cybersecurity processes, cybersecurity management, network security, quantum cryptography, and information security management. With more than 20 years of experience in both industry and academia, he focuses on cyber security management, security engineering, system integration, security systems engineering, and artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. Currently affiliated with California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), Dr. Sharbaf is also the founder of Sharbaf & Associates LLC, a firm dedicated to reengineering cybersecurity process, cybersecurity management, the application of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity, cybersecurity strategy, network security design, security engineering, and business intelligence. His research interests include cybersecurity, wireless security, quantum cryptography, digital forensics, and enhancing awareness of IoT security threats
